Client Director - Workforce Solutions

Location: 80% travel across the UK
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: Base salary of £60k-£80k (depending on experience) + Bonus + Benefits (including car allowance)

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Client Director to lead the growth of a key staffing solutions contract. This newly created role reports directly to the Managing Director of RTS Workforce Solutions and is central to strengthening client partnerships, driving innovation, and ensuring operational excellence.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead client engagement strategy and represent RTS at senior stakeholder meetings
• Oversee a team of Account Directors, Operations Manager, and 40+ staff across remote and onsite locations
• Deliver insightful MI reporting and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Advise clients on workforce trends and emerging technologies
• Ensure seamless collaboration across recruitment, deployment, and payroll functions
• Set and achieve strategic objectives aligned with business goals

What we are looking for:

• Senior leadership experience in recruitment or workforce solutions
• Background in high-volume sectors (e.g. logistics, automotive, manufacturing)
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic planning skills
• Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver results
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical capabilities
• Knowledge of workforce technologies and market trends
