Client Director / Senior Account Executive

We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected independent broker in Hitchin, seeking a senior Account Executive / Client Director with strong commercial insurance experience.

You'll inherit a warm portfolio generating around £100k in income, with a clear expectation to grow this to at least £250k by the end of year three. The Hitchin office has a particular strength in construction, plant hire, manufacturing, and high-risk trades such as scaffolding, demolition, and asbestos removal. Additionally, the firm has a strong presence in transport-related mobility insurance solutions.

Commercial insurance experience is essential.
