Role

As a Client Engagement Manager, you will have the autonomy to build out the technology insurance sector. You'll work closely with a top performer to rapidly grow the client base, leveraging our bespoke sales methodology, account development strategies, and technology training. Our team fosters a culture of continuous learning with regular sessions to share tips and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue from existing clients with signed contract terms.
• Attract new clients through various business development methods.
• Engage daily with the delivery team to source candidates for your roles, providing full support to achieve a high conversion ratio.
• Action commercial leads from the delivery team to spec out strong candidates.
• Organise events to build communities in your sector, such as round tables and networking evenings.
• Become a thought leader in technology insurance by researching trends and surveying clients to create insightful market updates.
• Map key decision makers in your sector and pitch periodically using our '18 reasons to meet'.
• Hold regular service reviews with clients to identify ways to improve service.
• Engage with senior candidates in your sector to build relationships.
• Be the key point of contact both internally and externally for your clients.

Required

• Experience in technology recruitment, either permanent or contract, on any desk.
• Proven track record of attracting new clients and growing existing accounts.
• Highly organised to manage a scrum board of jobs, alongside account development and business development responsibilities.
• Self-motivated - our team is accountable but not micro-managed.
• Eager to invest time in learning a new sector and technology.
