We are currently seeking a dynamic Client Executive to join a well-established, family-owned insurance brokerage with locations across East and North Yorkshire. This is an excellent chance to take the next step in your career with a supportive, close-knit team in a growing business.

About the Role:
As a Client Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a diverse portfolio of clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients
• Providing expert advice and exceptional service to meet clients’ insurance needs
• Negotiating with insurers to design tailored insurance programmes
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Collaborating with internal teams to contribute to broader company objectives

About You:
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the insurance industry
• A proactive approach to growing your client portfolio
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams
• Goal-oriented with the ability to set and achieve performance targets
• Proven experience in identifying and securing new business
• Solid negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the insurance market
