Job Description - Client Executive - Mid-Market (Energy)

We’re growing our Mid-Market Consultancy team and looking for a confident, proactive Client Executive to help us deliver smart energy solutions to businesses across the UK. 

Whether you’re already in the energy industry or bring strong experience from a customer service, operations or support role, this is your chance to step into a role where your organisation, communication and problem-solving skills will have real impact – every single day. 

Working alongside a Client Manager, you’ll support a portfolio of mid-market clients, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes while playing a key part in delivering the exceptional service we’re known for. 

What you'll be doing 

  • Supporting a Client Manager with day-to-day service delivery across a set portfolio

    • Handling client and supplier queries, tracking them through to resolution

    • Keeping client site lists accurate and up to date – and making sure our internal teams are too

    • Setting up clients on internal systems and ensuring LOAs (Letters of Authority) are valid

    • Issuing reporting packs and tender documents in line with agreed timelines
