Client Executive Motor Trade & Leisure

We are exclusively recruiting for an internal account/client executive role which could suit an aspiring account handler with a background in motor trade insurance to advance their career. Our client is a leading insurance organisation that prioritises a people-first culture and professional development.

As an Internal Account Executive, you'll be tasked with managing and expanding a portfolio of small- to medium-sized leisure and motor trade accounts. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building and nurturing strong relationships with both current and prospective clients through phone and online meetings.
• Leveraging the company’s e-trade platform and a diverse panel of insurers to meet client insurance needs.
• Driving business growth by identifying cross-selling opportunities and acquiring new business.
• Earning a competitive salary complemented by a strong bonus structure.

Required skills & experience

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Previous experience in insurance, specifically motor trade insurance.
• Prior account handling experience.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience using Acturis broking system.
