Client Details

My client is an independent firm of accountants based in Altrincham. With a new office renovation and new members of the team, this firm is looking for the perfect Manager to join the accounts team.

Description

· Preparation and review of limited company statutory financial statements for Small and Medium sized companies

· Produce disclosure notes to financial statements

· Have an understanding of basic Corporation tax and deferred tax principles, along with basic tax planning understanding

· Experience of training junior team members

· Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders

· Other professional service roles demanded by a busy accountancy practice serving with many different clients in industry sectors.

Profile

· Highly competent, with solid commercial awareness and several years' experience within general practice

· ACCA, ACA, AAT exams or equivalent (or Qualified By Experience)

· Experience of producing SME accounts for a wide range of industries

· Be able to use own initiative and be an "outside the box" thinker

· Exceptional interpersonal skills and able to successfully communicate with people at all levels, both financial and non-financial

· Committed and experienced
