Job Description - Client Manager

Client Relationship Manager – Tunbridge Wells – £40,000 + Uncapped Bonus!

We are looking for a proactive and personable Client Relationship Manager to join a high-performing team in Tunbridge Wells. In this integral position, you will be responsible for ensuring top-tier service delivery to your client base, managing both new and long-standing partnerships. You'll act as the primary liaison for client communications, combining remote and office-based work with the occasional on-site visit.

Main Duties Include:

Guiding new clients through their initial setup and collecting essential documentation
Cultivating lasting client relationships and expanding your client portfolio
Acting as the go-to contact for all customer-related concerns and communications
Ensuring CRM records are precise and up to date
Managing incoming client enquiries with confidence and professionalism
Coordinating health and safety inspections when necessary

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar Client or Account Management capacity
Preferably holding, or currently working towards, the CII Level 4 Diploma

Highly Beneficial:

Demonstrated commercial insight and awareness
Prior exposure to HR or Health & Safety sales would be a plus
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational capability
Confident using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
Motivated to continue personal and professional development

£40,000 base salary + performance-related bonus (realistic OTE ~£70,000)
