Job Title: Client Manager – Prestige Property
Location: Guildford, Surrey
Salary: £30,000 basic + uncapped commission
OTE - £60,000+
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

A market-leading estate agency in Guildford is looking for a proactive Client Manager to nurture long-term client relationships and support its prestige property division. This role combines client engagement, lead conversion, and premium service delivery for high-value homes.

Key Responsibilities

Build relationships with homeowners, valuation leads, and withdrawn clients
Provide tailored advice and property updates to nurture future instructions
Liaise with high-net-worth clients and manage prestige viewings
Qualify buyers and match them with suitable properties, including off-market opportunities
Support valuations and help convert leads into listings
Ensure continuity of service from instruction through to sale

What You’ll Need

Estate agency experience (sales, valuations, or client advisory)
Strong relationship-building and organisational skills
Professionalism and discretion with high-end clients
Sales mindset with a service-first approach
Familiarity with CRMs (Reapit or similar preferred)
