Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive accountancy services and insightful business advice.
• Manage corporate and personal tax matters, payroll, and VAT with precision.

What We're Looking For:

• ACA / ACCA qualified with 2+ years post-qualification experience.
• Solid accountancy practice experience.
• Strong knowledge of cloud accounting systems (Xero, Dext, Fathom).
• Excellent client relationship management and team management skills.

Duties Include:

• Nurture and grow client relationships, providing proactive tax and accounting advice.
• Manage your own portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
• Lead and mentor the team, overseeing technical work reviews.
