Client Manager

Are you looking to progress to Client Manager in an independent, growing firm of Accountants?
We have an incredible opportunity for a Client Manager to join a modern firm of Accountants based in Skipton.
This firm can offer long-term career progression, with the opportunity to work with some great clients and help the team progress and grow.

As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing your own portfolio of clients
• Preparation and review of financial statements and Corporation Tax returns for limited companies (FRS105 and FRS102A)
• Preparation and review of sole trade and partnership accounts
• VAT returns and management accounts
• Assistance with adhoc projects: budgets, forecasts, MTD integrations
• Mentor and manage junior staff members

To qualify for the Client Manager position, ideally you should meet the following:

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Minimum of 2 years post qualified experience working as a Client Manager / Senior Accountant in Practice
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, Xero
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous supervisory experience or an ability to be able to oversee a small team
