We are currently seeking a Client Manager to join their growing team in Norwich. This hybrid role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in both autonomous and team-oriented settings. You’ll be responsible for managing a varied client portfolio and delivering a full suite of financial services, from compliance to strategic advisory.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis to support client decision-making and long-term planning.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant financial legislation and reporting requirements.
• Deliver tailored financial advice to help clients meet their business and financial goals.
• Use cloud-based accounting platforms such as Dext, Telleroo, Xero, and QuickBooks Online to optimise workflows and client service.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive support.

Candidate Profile

• Solid experience in tax compliance, business advisory, and client portfolio management.
• Strong analytical and financial planning skills.
• Proficient in using modern accounting software including Dext, Telleroo, Xero, and QuickBooks Online.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable working independently and within a hybrid team structure.
• Holds or is working towards a recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, AAT).
