Sheirdan Maine is seeking a Client Manager to join a growing accountancy firm in Bedfordshire. This role is perfect for someone who excels in building strong client relationships and managing project delivery to exceed expectations.

You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, coordinate services, and ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities as a Client Manager:

• Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as their main point of contact.
• Develop and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver projects and services on time and to quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
• Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare client reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business growth.
  
  

The successful Client Manager must possess:

• Proven experience in client management or account management roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a UK practice.
