This Client Manager role in Northampton offers the space to lead, develop others, and be valued for your impact. You'll manage your own client portfolio and mentor junior staff - all within a firm that backs flexibility, progression and people-first thinking.

• Preparing accounts for Ltd Cos, Sole Traders, Partnerships & Charities

• Producing management accounts

• Completing personal & corporate tax returns

• Leading review meetings & identifying value-add opportunities

• Supporting junior team members

• Building trusted relationships

• Using cloud tech to streamline work

You'll help shape the business, not just run jobs.

ACA/ACCA qualified (or QBE) with solid practice experience. You're commercially aware, technically confident and client-focused. You enjoy developing people and spotting opportunities to go beyond compliance.

• £50,000 - £65,000 salary depending on experience
