Client Manager

TPF Recruitment, Surrey's leading accountancy practice recruitment agency, are currently supporting a successful Guildford based practice.

This accountancy practice are looking to hire an experienced, senior accountant to manage a portfolio of clients including limited companies and sole-traders. It's an exciting time to join as they are continuously growing, and see an increase on their numbers year-on-year.

As part of your role you will:

• oversee, manage and support your portfolio of clients
  
• support junior members of the team
  
• review the work completed by an outsourced team
  
• provide excellent client care to encourage referred business to the practice
  
• provide support to the practice manager where required, acting as a deputy
  

To be successful with your application you'll:

• be ACA / ACCA qualified or qualified by experience
• have experience working in a UK based accountancy practice
  
• be competent with using a range of accounting software including Xero
  
• be confident managing a portfolio of clients, and outsourced team members, with minimal/no support
  
• be willing to work from the office in Guildford
  

Salary in line with market rate so £55,000-£65,000 dependent on experience.
