In this role, you'll be responsible for managing workforce fulfilment, maintaining high service standards, and fostering lasting client partnerships. Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per year
Car Allowance: £3,600 per year

What You'll Be Doing

Here's what your role will involve:

Monitor and manage workforce attendance, ensuring everything runs efficiently.
Cultivate strong, professional relationships with our clients, keeping them informed and confident in our service.
Identify and address staff retention and absence challenges.
Flag potential service issues and propose effective solutions.
Collaborate with the Recruitment and Delivery teams to achieve client objectives.
Support initiatives to enhance workforce engagement and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and compliant records.
Oversee rates and placement processes with precision.
Contribute to client performance reviews and help us continually improve our services.

Previous experience in the industrial recruitment sector.

A valid driver's license, as some travel will be required.
