Client Onboarding Executive

The Client Onboarding Executive will support the efficient onboarding of investors into a range of retail investment products, ensuring compliance with AML and KYC regulations. The position requires close coordination with internal departments and external partners to maintain high service standards.

Description

The duties of the Client Onboarding Executive include:

• Process new client applications and conduct AML/KYC checks.

• Liaise with internal teams and external third parties to ensure timely onboarding.

• Handle client and adviser queries via phone and email.

• Maintain accurate records in the internal CRM and produce necessary investor and adviser documentation.

• Monitor application quality, manage fund data, and report fundraising activity.

• Assist with adviser commission schedules and respond to client complaints in line with FCA standards.

• Regularly engage with product and compliance training.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills. They should be organised, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities under pressure. A basic understanding of AML and retail investment products is preferred, along with good proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
