Description

• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Draft, review, and finalise client engagement agreements and related documentation.
• Act as a primary point of contact for client queries during the onboarding phase.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition for clients into ongoing services.
• Monitor and update internal systems to reflect client onboarding progress.
• Provide legal advice on onboarding policies and procedures as needed.
• Identify and resolve any challenges or delays in the onboarding process.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the client onboarding experience.

Profile

A successful Client Onboarding Solicitor should have:

• Professional qualification as a solicitor with experience in client-facing roles (not essential, but legal sector knowledge and experience is)
• Strong understanding of legal compliance and regulatory requirements in professional services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
