Client Operations Assistant

This is a junior operational role supporting the onboarding and servicing of investors in the client's Inheritance Tax Service. The successful Client Operations Assistant candidate will initially focus on application processing before progressing through a comprehensive training programme to take on wider operational responsibilities.

They partner with financial advisers, wealth managers, and family offices to deliver stable and transparent investment solutions, with a strong emphasis on values, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Description

The Client Operations Assistant's responsibilities include:

• Accurately processing new client applications and maintaining internal systems

• Performing AML and KYC checks to ensure regulatory compliance

• Managing inbound and outbound correspondence, including post and payments

• Responding to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Supporting with cheque banking and reconciliation

• Assisting with administrative tasks and ad-hoc operational projects

Profile

The ideal Client Operations Assistant candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. They will demonstrate strong organisational skills, a dependable and collaborative mindset, and the ability to handle routine tasks with care and accuracy. While financial services experience is a plus, it is not essential; a positive attitude and willingness to grow are key.
