Client Operations Executive

Arden White are working with a leading organisation within advanced manufacturing and supply chain solutions, supporting high-profile sectors including aerospace, defence and engineering. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Client Operations Executive to join their operations team.

This is a pivotal role positioned at the heart of the business, where you will act as the key operational link between customers and internal teams. You will take ownership of the full order lifecycle—ensuring customer commitments are delivered on time and in full, while maintaining clear, proactive communication throughout. Responsibilities

• Manage and process customer orders through ERP systems, ensuring accuracy across the full lifecycle

• Monitor order progress from receipt through to delivery, maintaining visibility of commitments

• Act as the primary operational contact for assigned customers, providing regular updates on order status and risks

• Coordinate deliveries with procurement, warehouse and logistics teams to meet agreed schedules

• Proactively identify and manage delivery risks, implementing recovery plans where required

• Produce customer performance reports and KPI dashboards to support internal and external reviews

• Maintain accurate data, documentation and records across all systems

• Work cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges and ensure customer requirements are met

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency

Person Specification

Essential

• Experience within customer service, operations, account support or order management

• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail

• Experience working with ERP systems

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook

Desirable

• Experience within manufacturing, supply chain or engineering environments

• Understanding of procurement and logistics processes

• Experience producing customer reports and KPI analysis
