Job Description - Client Operations Manager and Administrator

Description
Are you super organised - love people and business, enjoy managing events and admin, and love seeing the rewards of your work. We need a person Friday to support the fast growing award winning digital software company.

Formal stuff : We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations /Sales Administrator to work with our Founders to support our key corporate sales with opportunities to excel within the company and work from our Innovation Hub in Northampton
The ideal candidate will have existing sales and admin experience in industrial or logistics environment.

Role is initially to support Maternity Cover (12 months) and will develop to a full time new role.

Role:
Client Operations Administrator, you will be:

Assisting to secure new business.
Maintaining and retaining customer communications
Building strong relationships with customers at all levels.
Handling inbound sales calls.
Managing our Zoho CRM and owning the process
Positive attitude with good organisational skills.
Confident to work on own initiative and self-starter.
Own the office and live events, customer meetings and creating a dynamic and exciting office environment that supports great customer experience.
Additional career development is included.
Maternity Cover
Supporting delivery team to manage projects
Using our own Operations platform to manage the process
Coordinating between teams to ensure happy customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00 - 35,0000 per year neg
Additional pay:
Bonus scheme

Performance bonus
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Experience:
Sales administration: 1 year (preferred)
