Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external client queries, ensuring excellent service at all times Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are actioned within agreed timescales Support Sales teams by ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Liaise with distributors, chasing and following up on orders to ensure timely shipment Manage internal sales processes, including order processing, contract administration, quote generation, and maintenance renewals Actively manage and update tickets, escalating issues where appropriate Maintain online catalogues, ensuring pricing and product information is accurate and up to date Support sales activity by contributing data to proposals, RFIs, and RFPs when required Essential Experience working in a fast\u2011paced, high\u2011performing, and target\u2011driven environment Excellent written and spoken English Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) Excellent time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with clients and colleagues Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes A collaborative mindset with a strong customer focus Experience using CRM or order management systems Experience working in a globally diverse organisation, with an interest in equality, diversity, and inclusion
