I am currently recruiting for a Client Relations & Business Development Executive professional to join a growing technology-focused business.

This Client Relations & Business Development Executive role combines customer support, sales administration and proactive business development. You will manage enquiries from initial contact through to order completion while identifying opportunities to generate new business and develop commercial relationships.

The Role

As Client Relations & Business Development Executive, you will:

* Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, website and social media.

* Handle sales enquiries from quotation through to order completion.

* Build relationships with customers and identify upselling opportunities.

* Research and develop new sales channels, partnerships and business opportunities.

* Liaise with operational teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations and sales activity.

About You

To be successful in this Client Relations & Business Development Executive position, you should have:

* Previous experience in sales, customer service or business development.

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

* Excellent organisation, problem-solving and time-management abilities.
