Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
Location: Huddersfield
Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per week

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a busy and specialised legal team, supporting fee earners and building strong client relationships.

The Key Responsibilities of the Client Relationship Executive:
* Handle initial client enquiries, gathering detailed information and liaising via telephone, email, or in person.
* Undertake administrative duties including opening new client files, conducting ID checks, inputting case data into the case management system, archiving, photocopying, and scanning.
* Assist in preparing bundles for Counsel, Court, and medical experts.
* Work closely with fee earners, demonstrating an understanding of legal procedures and priorities.
* Maintain a professional, courteous, and confident telephone manner.

The Key Requirements of the Client Relationship Executive:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word with strong keyboard skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
