Client Relationship Manager - Brighton
Salary: Upto £35,000 + great benefits
Location: Brighton (Hybrid working available)

Recruit UK is working with a fast-growing, modern wealth management business that’s making serious moves in the industry. With multiple acquisitions under their belt and a fresh new CRM system in place, they’re expanding and looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join the team in Brighton.

This isn’t your average back office role. You’ll be the key link between clients, advisers, and providers making sure everything runs smoothly and nothing slips through the cracks.

• Managing a portfolio of clients with care and precision

• Supporting advisers by prepping files, handling queries, and chasing providers

• Processing new business applications from start to finish

• Keeping client data up to date in a brand new CRM system

• Ensuring everything is compliant (KYC, AML, the works)

• Preparing client illustrations and documents

• Mentoring junior admin staff and supporting team efficiency

• Communicating directly with clients and keeping them in the loop

• Experience in financial services or an IFA environment

• Great organisation and communication skills

• Knowledge of pensions, investments, and financial products

• Confidence using CRM/back-office systems

• A proactive approach and a team mindset
