Client Relationship Manager

Our client based near Watford, Herts are looking for someone to help grow and take care of their business clients during incidents or emergencies. The job is half about making new sales and half about keeping good relationships with clients.

What You Will Do:

• Learn about how insurance, housing, and emergency help work.

• Find new businesses who might want to use their services.

• Talk to people by email, phone, letters, and social media.

• Visit places where big incidents happened to help people and talk to them.

• Stay in touch with current clients to make sure they’re happy.

• Help improve the products and services by keeping up with what’s happening in the industry.

• Go to business events and meetings.

• Work with the rest of the team and help when needed.

• Write simple reports about what you learn or notice.

What You Need:

• Experience working with customers or growing business accounts.

• Good at talking to people and making them feel comfortable.

• Know how to make a sale and keep clients coming back.

• Able to explain things clearly in meetings or over the phone.

• Can think like a businessperson and help things run better.

This is predominantly an office based position.
