Client Relationship Manager – Mortgages
Taunton
Full-time, Permanent

Our partner, an award-winning mortgage advisory firm are seeking new a Client Relationship Manager for their Taunton office.

In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact for clients, supporting Mortgage Advisers and ensuring every stage of the client journey runs smoothly.

The role
  • Support clients and advisers throughout the mortgage process, managing cases proactively and efficiently
  • Liaise with lenders, insurers, and solicitors to provide seamless support
  • Ensure client records and case files meet compliance and data protection standards
  • Help implement effective processes and support smooth office operations
  • Provide general admin support, including post, meeting coordination, and office duties
