Join Manchester's fastest-growing and most exciting Independent Financial Advisory (IFA) firm! They're looking for a Client Relationship Manager to be the friendly, professional face of the client journey - This role will suit someone who thrives on building relationships, staying organised, and delivering outstanding service.

What you'll be doing:

• Act as the first point of contact for new and existing clients
• Make outbound service calls (30-50 per day, 5-10 mins average) to understand client needs
• Manage diaries for Junior Advisors and IFAs to ensure smooth scheduling
• Oversee the customer onboarding process and maintain regular touchpoints throughout the journey
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience

What we're looking for:

• Excellent communication skills - warm, clear, and confident
• A background in recruitment, account management, or sales is ideal
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Ability to stay organised while managing a high call volume
