Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and highly personable Client Relationship Manager to join our Client Services team. This role sits at the heart of the Hoxton Wealth client experience — responsible for nurturing and deepening relationships with our existing client base, ensuring an exceptional standard of service, and acting as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, reviews, and ongoing portfolio support.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a strong understanding of wealth management, exceptional organisational skills, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client outcomes.
Please note: This role will be based in our Dubai HQ and will involve relocation.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, building trusted long-term relationships
Conduct regular client review meetings (virtual and in-person) to assess financial goals, life changes, and portfolio performance
Proactively communicate with clients to deliver market updates, product changes, and relevant financial planning insights
Ensure client records and contact logs are maintained accurately within the CRM system
Service Delivery & Client Experience
Manage and resolve client queries in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
Coordinate with advisers, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing service delivery
Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive steps to address any service concerns before they escalate
Champion the adoption of the Hoxton Wealth app and digital tools among the client base
Portfolio Support & Retention
Support advisers in preparing for client reviews, including collating portfolio data and preparing client-facing reports
Identify at-risk clients and implement retention strategies in collaboration with the advisory team
Monitor client account activity and flag any unusual changes or concerns for adviser attention
Drive high client retention rates across assigned book of business
Business Development Support
Identify and act on cross-referral opportunities within the existing client base in collaboration with advisers
Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into the Hoxton Wealth experience
Contribute to client events, webinars, and seminars as a representative of the Client Services team
Compliance & Regulatory
Ensure all client interactions and documentation adhere to the applicable regulatory requirements across jurisdictions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant financial regulations (UAE, UK, international) as they affect client service
Support the team in completing KYC, AML, and periodic review processes accurately and on time
Skills & Experience
Essential
2+ years of experience in a client-facing role within financial services, wealth management, or a related field
Strong understanding of investment products, retirement planning, and wealth management concepts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly
Demonstrable experience managing client relationships with professionalism and discretion
Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools; comfortable with technology-driven client service
High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
Desirable
Experience working with international or expatriate clients across multiple jurisdictions
Knowledge of products including QROPS, SIPPs, offshore bonds, and international investment platforms
Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CII, CFP, or equivalent)
Multilingual capability — particularly Arabic, French, or other languages relevant to our client base
