Right Match Recruitment Group is proud to be working in partnership with a specialist boutique law firm based in London, currently seeking a Client Relationship Administrator to become the face of the firm.

This is not a traditional administration/Receptionist role. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring every interaction reflects the firm's professional, client-focused approach. The role would suit someone from a conveyancing, estate agency, lettings, property administration or receptionist background who understands the property sector and enjoys building relationships with people.

Key Responsibilities

Acting as the first point of contact for all incoming client enquiries
Answering and managing incoming telephone calls
Managing shared email inboxes and ensuring enquiries are dealt with promptly
Providing a professional and welcoming experience for clients
Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, mortgage brokers and other third parties
Supporting the Marketing and Communications Manager with exciting projects
Building strong relationships with clients throughout their journey with the firm
Ensuring all communications are handled efficiently and professionally
Assisting with marketing activities and business development initiatives where desired

About You

Previous experience within conveyancing, estate agency, lettings, property administration, legal administration or a receptionist/client-facing role
Understanding of the residential property process
Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
Well-spoken, professional and confident dealing with clients
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proactive and able to manage your own workload
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
