Client Relationship Manager Location: Birchwood, Warrington Working arrangements: Primarily office-based, with national travel for meetings and events
Great with people? Build a career around it.
If you enjoy starting conversations, building relationships and making people feel looked after, this could be your next step.
Indevor Group is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to develop relationships with our referrer partners—the companies that introduce business to us. You’ll look after an allocated portfolio, introduce yourself to potential new partners and represent the business at meetings, networking events and client hospitality.
Full training and support are provided. You don’t need previous office, industry or business development experience.
The opportunity
Reporting to our Strategic Partnerships Manager, you’ll help partners understand our services, keep in regular contact and make sure enquiries and agreed actions are followed through.
It’s a varied role combining people, events and business development with the organisation and administration that make relationships work.
What you’ll be doing
*
Building and maintaining relationships with an allocated portfolio of referrer partners.
*
Researching potential new partners, making introductions and arranging meetings.
*
Meeting contacts through Teams and in person, travelling nationally when required.
*
Organising quarterly relationship reviews and preparing update reports.
*
Attending networking events, industry functions and client hospitality.
*
Coordinating invitations, bookings, travel and follow-up communications.
*
Maintaining accurate records, meeting notes and next actions.
*
Working with colleagues to answer queries and resolve outstanding matters.
Hospitality could include racing, football, awards evenings and other events—opportunities to host partners and strengthen relationships, with preparation and follow-up forming part of the role.
What we’re looking for
*
A friendly, confident communicator who shows a genuine interest in people.
*
A positive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.
*
Good organisation, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
*
Willingness to approach new contacts and develop confidence through training.
*
Someone comfortable with administration as well as meetings and events.
*
A full driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
The role is primarily based at Birchwood, so a manageable commute is important. Some events may involve evenings or overnight stays, with arrangements discussed during recruitment.
Your background
You might currently work in retail, hospitality, leisure, a gym, customer service, sales or recruitment. You could also be starting your first professional career, returning to work or changing direction.
A degree, existing network and previous industry experience are not essential. We’re interested in your communication, reliability and potential.
