Client Engagement Manager Cotswolds up to £75,000 plus bonus
We are working with one of the most prestigious property developers in the Cotswolds. The company delivers projects and events in some of the most luxurious locations worldwide, hosting for leading luxury brands, HNWI and celebrity clientele. They are now looking to bolster their events offering and require someone with the required skills and background to join the team based at their stunning venue in the Cotswolds.
As Client Engagement Manager, you'll collaborate with the events, marketing, and property sales teams to attract potential high net worth clients and businesses interested in utilizing the venue for personal or corporate events. The clients will range from football clubs to leading financial service providers and from luxury brands to celebrities.
Leveraging your expertise in relationship management, you'll focus on targeting high-profile individuals and global corporations as suitable prospects for venue hire.
Your innate networking skills will enable you to build relationships with new and existing prospects across B2B and B2C scenarios. Your role involves generating leads, managing clients, and orchestrating events alongside the events and property sales team.
On offer is a basic salary up to £75,000 plus bonus. You will be based on site in the Cotswolds.
In your role you will:
Develop engagement plans to maximize opportunities and target HNWI’s and high-profile businesses Expanding and managing the client database across private and business ventures continuous engagement with key clients, delivering personalized touch points to maximize conversion opportunities and maintain top-tier service standards. Assist the events and marketing team in crafting the annual strategy for venue hire. Project management for various communications and initiatives. Maintaining an updated CRM system to facilitate the sales funnel. You'll actively cultivate the high net worth client community through both digital and physical experiences. Meeting set targets and KPIs for prospecting and conversions.
About you:
A background within luxury services working for a high-end brand within business development or sales HNWI relationship management experience. Highly organized, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be adept at establishing relationships with both direct customers and global businesses. Exceptional attention to detail and customer service is essential, along with a proven understanding of luxury sales and ultra-high net worth individuals. You should have a data-driven approach, with significant experience in CRM A deep understanding of the UHNW clientele and their lifestyle is required, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should excel in organizational abilities and be willing to multitask to meet tight deadlines. Flexibility to travel between sites in the Cotswolds, London, and internationally is necessary. Able to work weekends and evenings when required for events.
