Job Description - Client Relationship Manager

is a small Consultancy firm, specialising in strategic advice focused on the sale of products on Amazon. Our salary work in a hybrid setup with most days spent working from home!

Having worked with

300+ Brands & Retailers , we have seen all of the highs and lows when selling on Amazon. At any one time, we work with a small exclusive group of companies to ensure our work is of the highest quality. We manage sales channel’s for clients & we treat them as if they are our own.

As a

Client Relationship Manager , you will be managing our relationships with Clients & juggling the numerous projects we are handling. Personality & curiosity are a big deal to us here. A Proud Owner

- Ownership of a client’s channel or a sales funnel is a serious job. Understanding the short term & long term game play, in order to yield the best possible results while having a defensive mentality in order to protect this channel requires a unique set of characteristics. The job never truly stops, the mind is never fully at rest because the hunger for making ‘my’ channel bigger & stronger is at the core of this person. Best within the company isn’t enough - best in class on a nationwide level is the aim. Ownership is more personal than accountability.

A Curious Investigator

- Owning a channel always opens new doors. There are always questions to be answered, there are always more insights to digest. Curiosity can get the better of a person & there are some rabbit-holes which run too deep. But a person learns from it; they strike a better balance next time between investigating & value-add.
Curiosity takes someone from good to great. Without this genuine interest, they are not yet on the path less-travelled which takes them to expert level.

An Accomplished Communicator

- Without the ability to commentate, narrate & vocalise a channel’s activity, a person’s ownership & productivity is much less understood. It’s okay to say that a channel is stable, but on most
occasions there will always be happenings, good and bad, which it is important to communicate to the wider team.
Communication assists action, builds trust and supports the small steps across the business which build our path forward.

An Open Minded Negotiator

- All staff members have to negotiate. Internally or externally. Within one department or
across departments. Jokingly or forcefully. These negotiations and diplomacy build transparency and trust. They can be
small topics or big topics. What they create, is an open, exciting network amongst team members where each and every decision is shaped to be the best possible one for the company as a whole. A person’s experience on a topic, enriches their point. Likewise so does someones passion. This art of negotiation conducted within the company shapes
decision making & can soften tough, prickly situations.

A Library of Knowledge, Case Studies & Insights

- As experts in our field, someone’s ability needs to draw on past learnings for reinforcement and accuracy. Being able to compile these layers of knowledge & know how to blend them in informed decision making is a key characteristic of a knowledge leader. Insights & trends move quicker than we
naturally expect and the ability to recall the past, to help judge the future is an ability we welcome.
