Role Overview:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring seamless delivery of their programme events and exceptional day-to-day support. You will be at the heart of client engagement, building trusted relationships, coordinating logistics, and identifying opportunities to enhance value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.

• Coordinate the delivery of both in-person and virtual programme events, ensuring a high-quality experience from start to finish.

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and programme goals.

• Oversee event logistics and complete all related administration tasks.

• Ensure clients receive outstanding service and pro-actively seek opportunities to strengthen and grow client relationships.

• Arrange clients calls to identify needs, requirements and opportunities.

• Monitor client feedback and implement continuous improvements to enhance client satisfaction.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in client relationship management or programme/event coordination.

• Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

• Comfortable with virtual meeting platforms and digital tools.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.
