This is an in-person role and you will expected to be in the office 5 days per week. We need a confident individual who has good, client relationship management skills, ideally with some connection with the Legal / Law sector. We would also need you to have a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle, as there will be some travel to and from Southport. Read on for more details… Day to day tasks: Managing relationships with existing clients Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts by understanding client caseloads and offering tailored solutions · Identifying new accounts and then working within a set process to contact them to generate new business. Working proactively with marketing-generated leads to develop new business and revenue streams Ensuring clients fully understand our services, their benefits and how to integrate them into their daily work Arranging and attending client meetings across England and Wales , presenting to teams of Private Client solicitors Accurately recording client interactions, leads and revenue using internal systems Consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs relating to meetings, account growth and new sales Reporting into the Head of Private Client , contributing to wider business development strategy Collaborating closely within our sales team to contribute to and deliver the company strategies. Staying informed on industry trends and changes within the UK Private Client legal sector The ideal candidate will have/be: · GCSEs Grade A to C (or equivalent) including English & Maths. · A Level/Degree educated · A professional and confidential communication style, comfortable engaging with decision-makers · Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail · A proactive approach to business development and account growth · Proven success in sales or business development, ideally within legal or professional services · An understanding of estate administration and intestacy under UK law (or a strong willingness to learn) · A high level of organisation and self-motivation · A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings This is a great opportunity and salary is dependent upon experience.
