Role overview:

We are looking to recruit a new member to join our Client Relationship Team. This role is a multifaceted position with a combination of cultivating client relationships and Key Account Management.

The successful candidate will represent Medserv as a Key Account Manager for certain high-value clients.

Primary duties:

• Developing a deep understanding of each clients billing workflow, pain points and strategic goals


• Handling all communications between Medserv and the client (including SF cases, onboarding etc)


• Facilitating structured quarterly review meetings (via Teams or in person)


• Delivering quarterly billing performance reports


• Manage the delivery of relevant information to clients and other third parties by resolving issues and addressing requests with the Operations team


• Help with the onboarding of new clients and the administrative tasks associated with this


• Ensure all requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner


• Develop open and effective communication with each client


• Manage workload of emails and calls on a daily basis


• Liaise with other departments and insurance companies to ensure we deliver the best possible service to all clients

Skills required:

• Minimum of two years office based experience, ideally in a customer centric environment


• Ability to build strong business relationships


• Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)


• A customer-oriented attitude


• High degree of attention to detail; must take responsibility for ensuring all work is correct

• This is a full-time, office-based role from our Haywards Heath office with hybrid options available following completion of probation
