• Primary contact for a portfolio of clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships by understanding client goals, anticipating needs, and delivering exceptional service
• Contribute insights on audience behaviour, market trends, and competitive analysis to help shape and refine client strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams on improvements and opportunities for better ways of working

You

You will have experience in working in a client centric role at a digital or media agency with experience across ecommerce or DTC brands.
