Full-Time | Permanent
£25,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

A well-established, modern law firm specialising in residential conveyancing across England and Wales is seeking a dedicated Client Service Executive to join their friendly and professional team in Cheltenham. With continued growth and a strong focus on client satisfaction, this is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact.

About the Role

This is more than a typical complaints handler role. As the Client Service Executive, you’ll be central to service recovery and client satisfaction efforts—helping to improve processes and enhance every client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for client feedback, concerns, and complaints
  • Investigate and respond to issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
  • Collaborate with legal teams and senior leadership to resolve concerns
  • Analyse recurring service trends and contribute to improvement strategies
  • Support the Compliance team with data, reporting, and quality assurance
  • Promote a positive, solution-oriented approach in all client communications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a client-facing or complaints-handling role (legal or professional services experience is a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A calm, compassionate, and proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Strong multitasking and organisational abilities
  • A genuine passion for delivering top-tier client care
