Client Service Manager

Responsibilities of a Client Service Manager.

Owning client relationships & ensuring service is delivered with excellence

• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term strategic client relationships
• Ensure delivery meets agreed expectations and service standards
• Champion exceptional customer service across all touchpoints
• Commercial responsibility. Margin protection and enhancement

Team Leadership & Operational Delivery

• Lead and manage client service teams to deliver consistently high standards
• Oversee service delivery across clients
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance

Account Growth & Development

• Identify and develop opportunities for organic growth with existing clients
• Support regional or global account strategies for current and prospective clients
• Provide leadership for our clients, focusing on long-term value, strategic guidance, and deep relationship building
