Location: Mayfair, London (Office-based, 5 days/week)

We are seeking a Client Service Manager to join a Portfolio Management team, supporting a group of successful and dynamic Investment Managers who work closely with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs).You’ll be a trusted first point of contact for established clients: handling calls and emails, preparing key documentation ahead of meetings, and ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional, and reflective of our gold-standard service ethos.

This is a fast-paced, highly visible role that combines client liaison, compliance, and team support in equal measure, perfect for someone who thrives on responsibility, takes initiative, and genuinely enjoys delivering exceptional service.

Client-Facing & Compliance:

• Serve as the first point of contact for HNWI clients and intermediaries.
• Manage client onboarding, Know Your Client (KYC), and suitability processes.
• Ensure all verification documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Work with Compliance and Operations teams to ensure full regulatory adherence.

Portfolio Manager & Team Support:

• Prepare detailed meeting packs and fund data ahead of client appointments.
• Run quarterly valuations and draft professional client correspondence.
• Manage diaries, book travel, and process expenses for Investment Managers.
• Handle payment instructions following necessary verification checks.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree educated, with a minimum of 1 year’s experience in a client-facing administrative role within a corporate environment.
• Excellent communication skills—professional, confident, and proactive.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to prioritise.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• A team player with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service.
