Job Description - Client Service Operations Executive

Meraki Talent is partnering with a prestigious Investment Management firm, looking for a Client Services Operations Exec to support with improving service quality, streamlining processes between Operations and Front Office departments.

My client is looking for someone who has previously worked in Financial Services and can take ownership of operational processing between Front Office and the Ops team. You will have experience reviewing processes and implementing proactive change to benefit SLA.

This role is a 12month fixed term contract initially.

Client Services Responsibilities:
  • Acting as the go to expert for Operations Service Management issues own them, resolve them, and improve them.
  • Coordinating cross-team collaboration to tackle complex service challenges and driving lasting improvements.
  • Communicating known issues, planned changes, and service updates to key stakeholders, proactively and clearly.
  • Building impactful Service Management Dashboards that tell the real story.
  • Identifying training needs and delivering insights that level up our frontline teams and wider ops engagement.
  • Leading stakeholder meetings to review SLAs, KPIs, trends, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Supporting and influencing projects that shape the future of service delivery always keeping SLAs and client experience top of mind.
  • Working closely with Risk, IT, and Front Office teams to ensure service issues are resolved efficiently and root causes addressed.
  • Promoting best in class Service Management standards across the business.
  • Crafting communications that keep everyone in the loop on key changes, updates, and opportunities.
  • Aligning with the Calendar of Events (tax year-end, ISA season, etc.) to drive better service around high-impact periods.
  • Continuously auditing and improving internal processes to keep us ahead of the game.
  • Jumping in on ad hoc projects and process enhancements as needed.

Person Specification:
  • Experience working in Financial Services, ideally Investment, Wealth Management or Private Client, open to all FS for the right person
  • Strong understand of FS, being familiar with Operations and Front Office teams
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to influence key decision makers and SLT
  • Build and understand individuals needs to support with streamlining processes
