Reporting to the Associate Manager of Direct to Head Office (D2HO), the Client Service Processor will be responsible for the timely distribution of team paperwork, cheques and e-mails for Wealth, Quadrus, Life Client Services, and Group Retirement Services team members. The successful candidate will work closely with other teams. The Client Service Processor would be 100% in the London Head Office.
What you will do:
Triage/prep incoming mail including documents and cheques for the Wealth, Quadrus, Life Client Service, and Group Retirement Services teams within time standards
Work closely with other admin areas regarding inter-team paperwork
Assist with non-financial processing when required
Support small projects when necessary
Sending outbound mail
Manage the team shared e-mail boxes
Responsible for workflow distribution electronically
What you will bring:
Excellent organizational skills
Analytical and detail oriented
Eagerness and ability to learn Unitrax, GPAS and Investment Centre
Imaging system experience an asset
Working knowledge of Microsoft office products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal and team building skills
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities

The base salary for this position is between $36,900 - $49,800 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
