Client Services Specialist - Group Risk

Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are currently partnered with an established employee benefits consultancy who are looking for a Client Services Specialist to join their Group Risk team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Supporting consultants with managing their portfolio of clients
• Administering Group Risk schemes
• Being the main point of contact for client queries
• Obtain insurance quotes & produce reports for the consultants

Essential Criteria:

• Must have prior group risk experience
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively
