Job Description - Client Service Specialist

Job DescriptionInsight Investment are currently looking for a Client Service Specialist to join our UK Segregated Client Service team, based in London. The successful individual will work alongside our Client Directors and Solution Designers to support the delivery of high-quality solutions and services directly to our clients. Role Responsibilities•Respond promptly and professionally to day-to-day and ad hoc client and consultant requests.•Project manage the transition of client assets to and from Insight. Working with the legal teams, front office and fund management teams and internal operations counterparts.•Be responsible for project managing any change to client’s investment guidelines throughout the life of their mandate with Insight from initial conversation through to execution and dissemination.•Manage ad hoc requests effectively. Identify a clear date for response and ensure that we meet the deadline. Escalate or re-communicate, as appropriate.•Attend client events, where appropriate, to support the CD and build an independent relationship with key counterparts at the client.•Contribute to the creation and delivery of bespoke investment reporting where appropriate.•Work with internal colleagues and clients to ensure ongoing regulatory obligations are met.Experience Required•Knowledge of institutional markets, including defined benefit pension schemes, insurance companies, corporates and third-party distributors.•Confident, credible and capable in meetings and discussions at all levels internally and externally.•Ability to organise, prioritise and multitask effectively in a busy and dynamic environment.•Demonstrable ability to problem solve to ensure projects are completed on time.•Demonstrable interest in investment strategies.•Proven effective use of resources.•Qualified at IAQ and IMC level or above is desirable.Insight Investment is an equal opportunities employer and makes employment decisions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, age, or any other status protected by law.
