Hours - Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm

An exciting opportunity has become available to join a well-established and highly regarded estate agency based in St Johns wood. Our client is looking for a confident and proactive individual to join their Client Services team.

This role is ideal for someone with previous estate agency experience who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building relationships.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable agency where your contribution will directly support continued business growth.

Responsibilities:

* Contacting past valuation leads to re-engage potential clients

* Canvassing for new business opportunities

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective Landlords

* Supporting the wider sales team with lead generation activities

The Ideal Candidate:

* Previous experience within Estate Agency (essential)

* Confident and professional telephone manner

* Target-driven and motivated by results

* Organised and able to manage follow-up activity effectively

* Positive, proactive and team-oriented

* Self-motivation with a 'can do’ attitude
