We are seeking a Client Services Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team. In this role, you will provide vital administrative support to financial planners and ensure a seamless experience for clients. Previous financial services experience is not essential — we are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to financial planners and the wider team
  • Preparing client documentation and correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems
  • Managing incoming and outgoing communications with clients
  • Supporting the team with general office administration tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous administration experience in a professional environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to work
  • A friendly and professional attitude
  • Confidence working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
