Job Description - Client Services Administrator

Are you an experienced IFA Administrator who thrives in a client-focused, boutique environment? Do you take pride in supporting advisers to deliver an exceptional client journey—and want to be part of a collaborative, close-knit team?

We’re delighted to be working exclusively with a highly regarded, values-led financial planning firm, seeking a Client Service Administrator to join their growing team. Based in a beautiful countryside setting, this is a full-time role with the possibility of 1 day per week working from home for the right candidate.

The Role

As Client Service Administrator, you’ll play a central role in the firm's day-to-day operations. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Contacting providers and handling all related correspondence

  • Processing new business from start to finish

  • Preparing meeting packs and client documentation

  • Supporting the advisory and paraplanning teams with high-quality client servicing

You’ll work closely with a team of friendly professionals who care deeply about the work they do and the clients they serve.

What They’re Looking For
  • Experience in IFA or financial planning administration

  • Experience in an SME or boutique firm—you’re not after the corporate grind

  • A professional and personable individual, ideally with life experience (ex-military or ex-NHS backgrounds welcomed)

  • Comfortable commuting by car or public transport to a rural location
