The Role
As a Client Services Assistant, you'll be one of the first people clients speak to when contacting the firm. You'll provide a warm, professional welcome, answer initial enquiries and guide prospective clients through the early stages of their legal journey.
Working closely with the Client Services Manager and legal departments, you'll help ensure enquiries are handled efficiently, onboarding runs smoothly and clients receive excellent communication throughout the process.
Initially, your focus will be supporting the Conveyancing department, although the role offers the opportunity to gain wider exposure across other legal services as you develop.

Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties will include:
Acting as the first point of contact for new client enquiries, providing a professional and welcoming service.
Responding to enquiries relating to residential conveyancing matters.
Preparing and issuing client quotations.
Providing initial guidance and information to prospective clients.
Supporting clients throughout the onboarding process.
Processing new client documentation accurately and efficiently.
Liaising closely with legal teams to ensure a seamless handover once instructions are received.
Recording and maintaining accurate information within the firm's case management system.
Following up with prospective clients to provide updates and answer questions.
Identifying opportunities to improve the client onboarding journey.
Building strong relationships with referrers, estate agents, brokers and other third-party contacts.
Providing regular communication and updates to business partners.
Supporting wider client engagement initiatives.
Assisting with general administrative duties across the Client Services department.
Maintaining high standards of client care and professionalism at all times.
About You

Previous experience within legal services, conveyancing, estate agency, customer service or professional services would be beneficial but is not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
