Client Services Consultant

Join one of London’s most respected Mortgage and Protection brokerages, supporting high-value clients and working alongside a team of experienced advisers. With full training provided, this is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a drive to build a rewarding long-term career in financial services. This is a hybrid role with 2 days at home.

You’ll be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries, helping clients navigate their mortgage journey by qualifying their needs and connecting them with expert advice. The environment is fast-moving, supportive, and high-trust — ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and staying organised under pressure.

• Handling warm inbound leads and client enquiries

• Qualifying clients and gathering key information

• Introducing the value of tailored mortgage and protection advice

• Coordinating with advisers to ensure a smooth client journey

• Following up proactively and keeping clients informed

• Excellent communicator with a confident, clear phone manner

• Someone that's very customer service driven

• High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable working at pace

• Background in sales, lettings, recruitment, or client services is a plus

• Professional, organised, and eager to develop in a regulated industry
