A top-tier SJP Practice that specialises in customised wealth management solutions is seeking a highly competent Client Services Consultant. My client, who is well-known for their client-centric approach, offers a variety of services, such as retirement planning, investment planning, and financial advising, all of which are customised to match the objectives of their clients. They place a strong emphasis on developing enduring connections and providing superior service, backed by extensive administrative, paraplanning, and compliance capabilities.
As a member of this dynamic team, as a Client Services Consultant you will provide outstanding support to clients by preparing and submitting cases. In addition, you will handle a high activity level with up to 60 active clients each month, client acquisition and retention, and adherence to consumer duty requirements.
You must have good client service abilities, a strong background in administration and paraplanning, and solid SJP expertise to succeed in this role.
